 To support the 4L Trophy first-aid doctors and to ensure maximum safety for the 2,000 participants, a Mobile First Aid Unit (UMPS 91) will provide medical assistance at the medical command post of each bivouac, as soon as the first competitors arrive.

The Institut des Hautes Études d'Osthéopathie (IDHEO) is a private, registered higher education establishment, based in Nantes. A group its students will, for the second year, be on hand to provide manual osteopathic care to participants on a daily basis during their time in Morocco.
